Manor Estates is a charitable Housing Association that aims to provide good quality, affordable and sustainable housing and services to meet a wide range of housing needs.

Manor Estates owns and manages over 900 houses throughout Edinburgh comprising different types of housing suitable for single people and families as well as three sheltered housing developments. We provide a factoring service to more than 1,700 homeowners and agency services to two smaller organisations.

Our latest new build development project is now on site at Telford Drive, Edinburgh and is due for completion in February 2006. This will provide 20 two bedroom flats with four being suitable for wheelchair users. We are currently exploring the feasibility of further development on a number of small sites in Edinburgh.
